Phoenix Comicon has added three more authors to its already exciting lineup.
Deliah S. Dawson returns to the Valley for another go-round. The YA and paranormal romance author gave a strong performance in last year’s Batsu game and is the Monsignor of Margaritas in the Holy Taco Church. Her latest YA novel Hit, a dystopian tale of a teenager forced to work as an assassin for a debt collection company, comes out in April.
Another returning guest is Wesley Chu. Also a member of the Holy Taco Church, the French Friar and Michael Jordan co-star has a pair of novels coming this year. He wraps up his Tao series with The Rebirths of Tao in April, and his futuristic time travel thriller Time Salvager hits shelves in July.
Finally, M.L. Brennan is coming. Not to be confused with Victorian dragon writer Marie Brennan, this newcomer on the urban fantasy scene is the author of the acclaimed “Generation V” series. The third book in the series, Tainted Blood, was released in November, while the fourth book, Dark Ascension, is coming in August.
Phoenix Comicon runs from May 28-31. Keep checking back for more author announcements.
